  • Yes, with attribution. You are welcome to distribute any resource to your congregation, ministry team, or denominational network, provided the Shalom Trauma Consulting name and source remain visible. Please do not reproduce or rebrand materials as your own.

Using the materials2 questions

Facilitating and adapting the content

  • No. Every resource is written for pastoral and lay leaders without clinical backgrounds. The language is plain, the frameworks are practical, and each session includes facilitator notes that anticipate common questions and pastoral concerns.

  • The curriculum is designed to be tradition-flexible — it draws on broadly shared theological commitments (dignity, community, healing) rather than tradition-specific language. Minor adaptations for your context are welcome. For significant customization, consider a consulting engagement so the adaptation is done well.

Training, consulting, and custom work

  • Yes. If you have a specific need — a particular population, a denominational context, a pastoral scenario — reach out and describe what you are looking for. Custom resources are developed through consulting engagements.

  • The resources here are designed to stand alone, but they also serve as preparation for or follow-up to a training event or consulting engagement. Many congregations use the primer and toolkit before a workshop, and the curriculum as the follow-through afterward.
